阿尔巴尼亚以下公司已获得阿某水电站项目特许经营，欲与中国企业合作或合资，有兴趣的企业可与“阿尔巴尼亚商工会”联系，联系方式见文后。

General information on the business

The concessionaire company

The concessionaire company will be composed of the following companies:

1.“Perxhola” sh.p.k.: resident in Tirana with address: Street “Pjeter Bogdani”, District No.10. This company is registerd by the Decision No.21527 date 08.06.1999 of the Court of Tirana. It is represented by the administrator Mr. Perparim Golli. The activity field of this company is constructions, civil and industrial objects.

2.“Albadi” sh.p.k. resident in Peshkopi. This company is registerd by the Decision No.19214 date 09.09.1998 of the Court of Tirana. It is represented by the administrator Mr. Xhelil Mazari. The activity field of this company is construction and rebuilding of civil and industrial objects as well as infrastructure projects (road construction, rehabilitation of dams, watersupply, etc.).

3.“ME-AJ Energy” sh.p.k. resident in Tirana with address: Street “Brigada e VIII”, This company is registerd in the National Center of Registration with NIPT K81716010N date 16.05.2008, represented by the administrators Ms. Artela Mehmeti and Mr. Hektor Ajazi. It is a new established company.

4.“MIX TECNIC” sh.p.k. resident in Tirana with address: Street “Reshit Petrela”.  This company is registerd by the Decision No. 13119 date 19.12.1995 of the Court of Tirana. It is represented by the administrator Ms.Valentina Tili. The activity field of this company is engineeriing consultance and management of contruction of watersupply sistems, road sanitation, bridges, etc.

5. "2T" shpk. resident in Tirana with address: Street “Reshit Petrela”. This company is registerd in the Commercial Register of the Court of Tirana by the Decision No. 23488, date 29.03.2000. It is represented by the administrator Mr. Artan SAKA. The activity field of this company is construction and infrastructure projects (road construction, sanitation, etc.).

6.“Union Distribucion Service Albania” sh.p.k. resident in Tirana with address: “Bulevardi Zogu i pare”. This company is registerd in the Commercial Register of the Court of Tirana by the Decision No. 23512 date 03.03.2001. It is represented by the administrator Mr. Artan SAKA. The activity field of this company is construction and infrastructure projects (road construction, sanitation, etc.).
