 Introduction to our customs declaration agency process for Cherizi import:
1. Prepare the source of goods abroad and sort out relevant data.
2. Give the information to our company, and we will do the enterprise filing and Chinese label design and pre audit on our behalf.
3. Arrange overseas shipment to the designated domestic port, and provide the original documents such as packing list, Invoice and contract.
4. When the goods arrive at the port, our company will arrange to pick up the goods, apply for inspection to the commodity inspection department, and declare to the customs.
5. The customs shall examine the documents, pay taxes, arrange inspection by the customs, and arrange inspection by the commodity inspection.
6. Arrange the goods to the designated warehouse, affix Chinese labels, and ask the commodity inspector to conduct sampling inspection.
7. A health report shall be issued if the inspection is qualified. They can only be sold in China after the health certificate is issued in China. The foreign health certificate is only used for customs declaration. Documents required for inspection application of fruit import declaration materials: original and copy of bill of lading, bill of lading, packing list, invoice, contract, certificate of origin, plant quarantine certificate, license, packaging statement, letter of authorization for inspection application, documents required for special quarantine requirements (cold treatment or heat treatment certificate)
水果进口的税率
1：水果进口关税10%----35% : 进口关税税额=到岸价格×进口关税税率
2：水果进口增值税17% ：增值税税额=（到岸价+进口关税额+消费税额）×增值税税率（根据实际产品来 定，有些产品是13%如蜂蜜）
备注：和中国有协定关税的，如东盟国家、智利等国的水果进口都是0关税；具体根据水果HS编码查询
水果进口清关时间
1、食品收发货人备案（发货前办理2-3工作日）
2、备货（贵司安排）
3、准备单证（贵司安排）
4、发货到港（贵司安排）
5、换单 （1个工作日）
6、报检（商检部门操作）（1-3工作日）
7、报关（审价、查货）（海关部门操作）（1-2工作日）
8、交税（1个工作日）
9、抽样检测（商检部门操作）（7个工作日）
10、出卫生证（3-5工作日）（新鲜水果不同于其他食品）
11、货物放行（1个工作日 ）
